How it works

Pick a room, check transit and move-in timing, then apply for an open unit or reach KTC Roomster.

    Pick a room

    Browse current listings, photos, prices, and what is included.

  2. 02

    Check the listing

    Available rooms say "Move-in this week." Each room page names the nearest transit.

  3. 03

    Apply on RentRedi

    On the room page, Apply on RentRedi lists the open units. Each unit opens that unit's application. Or call 267-217-2218, or send the contact form with a move-in date.

  4. 04

    Ask about a room

    The chat answers from the listings and the Good to know notes. If the site does not say it, it gives the phone number and the contact form.

  • Pets

    No pets.

  • Parking

    Street parking.

  • Lease length

    3 months minimum, then month to month.

  • Administrative fee

    One-time non-refundable administrative fee of $400 is due prior to occupancy. It covers preparing the room (furnishings, electronic lock setup and programming, processing the Membership Agreement, onboarding, and other move-in expenses). Earned upon move-in and not refundable under any circumstances, including early termination.

  • Security deposit

    No security deposit. They only collect first month's rent and the admin fee.

  • Utilities and Wi-Fi

    Utilities and Wi-Fi included.

  • Kitchen

    Kitchen is shared.

  • Furnishings

    Room is furnished with a bed, mattress, mini-fridge, and smart TV.

  • Guests

    One guest at a time. Overnight guests limited to 3 nights per week.

  • Smoking

    No smoking in the building.

  • Background check

    They run a background check.

  • Cameras and doors

    Exterior cameras, and doors can be unlocked remotely.

  • Tours

    Tours are by FaceTime or WhatsApp while the person walks the property. That is the fastest way to see the room. In-person meetings can be set up but take longer.

  • Laundry

    Laundry in the unit.

  • Paying rent

    Rent is paid via RentRedi.
