Furnished room for rent at 19th & Diamond, Philadelphia

I stay in one of the rooms here. It's large, spacious, quiet, & bright! Kiem is literally the best landlord I've had, and he's been very attentive about his property(ies)! The other roommates aren't disruptive, as we all work, and paying the rent is easy on the RentRedi app... $1 fee, but that's pocket lint. Close to Center city, and Temple, and the bus stop across the street. Great price for the room that Im in, so i don't bat an eye to pay it because I adore my room. All utilities included, washer & dryer, clean, no bugs, rodents or pests... ya can't lose. You'd be crazy to not consider contacting Kiem about a room! Hit him up! 🔥

I had to move in a hurry from my last house I had a few 4 legged and 8 leg friends bunking with me. I met with Kiem Nguyen to tour his property, he accommodated me by meeting with me the next day and he understood the urgency of my situation to find something right away. Kiem allowed me to move in the Next day. To my surprise the property was exactly as described (and with no bugs 🐛) all brand new stainless steel appliances with high speed internet connection , keyless entry with hardwood floors. All utilities are conveniently included which worked well with my budget, this saves a chunk of time within itself. Having a washer and dryer in the unit made my decision easy to move in and the process to move in was super quick with me being able to sign the agreement online and pay online. Surprisingly he gave me his cell phone and called me after my first night to make sure everything was okay and in working order. I’m also able to text him directly if any issues arise or by the rent redi app for maintenance issues . would you believe he answers quickly and addresses the problem right away.? I’m 51 that’s never happened before with a landlord. Most importantly he’s respectful and kind.
